- Internet upload on Opsomai's servers of DV and uncompressed video files from McCann Erickson's Final Cut Pro stations, Gaz de France's video service provider
- Automatic transcoding with Opsis Media of each file into 15 different formats, to fulfill Gaz de France's various needs: MPEG-2, Flash, Real and MPEG-4/H264
- Web Video files are transfered on the fly to Akamai's servers, which has been selected by Gaz de France for distributing their videos worldwide
- MPEG-2 files are stored on Opsomai's servers, for Gaz de France's technical service providers to download them on demand to burn DVDs or record video tapes
- Original master files are stored online in a secured dedicated data vault at Opsomai's hosting center, and automatically copied on external hard disks. A backup copy is always stored in a fireproof safe in another location and a copy is provided to McCann Erickson twice a year
- Service availability is granted through Opsomai's hosting center backup servers, through two Internet links using two different telcos, and through Opsomai's 24/7 technical support
